Welcome to our SHIPPING page. We want you to have this information regarding the way we ship. We ship out within 2 days once we receive payment.
For small orders, (weight & dimensions) of $100.00 or less value: United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail
For large orders with $100.00+ value and larger dimensions/weight: United Parcel Service (UPS)
We use only these two shipping means because (a) they have a tracking #; and (b) they both include insurance up to $100.00. Without a tracking #, no one knows where the shipment is, why it is not delivered and no manner of finding it.
The Buyer is responsible to pay for shipping and insurance. We ship for a flat rate of $12.00, for shipping, for average-sized items. Larger pieces may require additional fees. Please ask if you have any questions about shipping and insurance. We do not charge a handling fee on our items. All items are double boxed and/or sufficiently packed to prevent damage in shipping. Payments via PayPal ship within 72 hours of payment clearance. Ohio residents add 6.75% Sales Tax.

Important Notice
We ship all of our vintage items via UPS. When your package is received, unpack your shipment immediately. Should any part be damaged or missing:
1.) Keep all original packing & box with damaged item. If you received a damaged part, keep the damaged part. UPS may require inspection or pickup of damaged part which must include the original packaging and box. UPS will return the item to us.
2.) Contact UPS immediately @ 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or on line at www.ups.com with the tracking number which is printed on your address label on the top of your package. UPS will issue you a damage control #. E-mail Baylessbargains with this damage control # and we will continue to follow the shipment until we have received it.
3.) UPS should contact us (as your shipper) within 24 hours of your report.
4.) As soon as we receive proof of damage/loss from UPS we will process your refund.
